STEVEN K. LONG, ESQ.
Partner
Steve is originally from the Cincinnati, Ohio area before settling into the Williamsville area (Erie County, New York State).
​
Steve is formerly a Partner of the law firm Lippes, Mathias, Wexler, Friedman LLP, one of the area’s premier law firms, and General Counsel to Mark IV Industries, Inc.
At Mark IV, Steve organized and ran the legal department of the multibillion dollar holding and manufacturing company. Steve’s work in corporate entities, mergers & acquisitions, commercial transactions and labor and employment make him one of the area’s most valuable attorney in those fields of law.

OLIVIA T. PAULO-LEE, ESQ.
Partner
Olivia is a lifelong Buffalo resident and graduate of Clarence High School and Canisius College. During her time at Canisius College, Olivia was a four-year competitor in college-level mock trial competitions.
At SUNY Buffalo School of Law, Olivia continued to compete in Trial Team competitions to complete her love of the courtroom experience. In addition, Olivia participated in the Regional Mediation Competition where she took 1st Place with her partner. Olivia moved on to compete at Nationals in San Francisco, CA.

Now admitted to practice law in New York State, Olivia’s areas of practice will focus on mediation of various types of matters, Estate Planning, other estate & elder law matters, commercial and civil litigation, business and corporate law, real estate, matrimonial, probate, and labor and employment disputes.
Olivia enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering her time as an Advocacy Institute Volunteer Instructor at SUNY Buffalo School of Law where she helps coach law students participating on a trial team, and students preparing for various Mediation Competitions, including the Regional ABA Competition and the International Competition in Vienna, Austria.

Olivia was formerly a Law Clerk and Paralegal at Grashow Long (Now known as Long & Paulo-Lee, PLLC). She has been exposed to every area the firm has practiced in, ranging from civil, commercial, real estate, estate planning, matrimonial, familial, and corporate matters, etc. Her experience is invaluable to the firm as it seeks to expand its practice.

MICHAEL A. BOLAS, ESQ., CPA
Of Counsel
Mike is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of St. Bonaventure University (1976). He earned his law degree from the University of Dayton (1979) and his Masters in Taxation from the University of Denver (1980).
As a CPA, Mike began his career at Price Waterhouse and was affiliated with the firm of Campbell & Bolas for more than 27 years. He presently serves as General Counsel for the Erie County Agricultural Society.
He is a past director of the American Institute of CPAs Board of Examiners and presently serves as the Chairman of the Board for Mercy Flight of WNY.
Mike focuses his practice on general business law, business sales and acquisitions, estate planning and elder law.
