Paulo-Lee
Now, the Principal Attorney at the firm, Olivia began her journey as an intern in 2008 when the firm was known as Grashow Long. With a strong background in mediation, having competed at the national level, she has also shared her expertise as a coach for the University at Buffalo's trial teams. As the local president of the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity's Buffalo Alumni Chapter, Olivia plays an active role in the legal community. Well known locally as a trusted resource for real estate litigation in Western New York, she took ownership of the firm in 2023 and proudly led it to become a certified Women-Owned Business by the WBENC. Olivia is admitted to practice in New York, Virginia, Washington D.C., and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Steven
Long
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Steve has made his home in Williamsville, Erie County, New York. He brings decades of legal experience to the firm, having previously served as a Partner at Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, one of the region's leading law firms, and as General Counsel for Mark IV Industries, Inc., a multibillion-dollar holding and manufacturing company.
During his time at Mark IV, Steve established and led the legal department, gaining extensive expertise in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, commercial transactions, and labor and employment law. His deep knowledge and experience in these areas make him an invaluable resource for businesses navigating complex legal matters.

Megan
Poynter
Megan’s commitment to law began while studying abroad with Canisius College, where she assisted Syrian refugees in Germany and saw the vital impact of legal advocacy. Originally from north-central Ohio, she relocated to Buffalo and earned her J.D. at SUNY Buffalo School of Law, graduating in 2022. She began her legal career at the Center for Elder Law and Justice, where she represented hundreds of cases, gaining extensive experience in landlord-tenant disputes and broader civil matters. This experience has made her an asset at our firm, allowing her to provide informed, effective representation in housing law and civil litigation. As a co-founder of SUNY Buffalo’s First Generation Law Student Association, Megan is dedicated to supporting aspiring attorneys, helping to create a supportive community for students without prior legal connections.

Bitar
Chris is a lifelong Western New Yorker, growing up in Clarence before earning his undergraduate degree in Economics from Buffalo State College. He went on to receive his J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law, where he served as a Publications Editor for the Buffalo Law Review and was awarded the Moot Evidence Award for his excellence in evidence law.
Chris has years of invaluable experience focused on civil litigation and insurance defense. In addition to his years of experience in these areas, he had spent several years working in appellate practice and dispositive motions for a New York City based firm.

Mike
Bolas
Mike earned his law degree from the University of Dayton before receiving a master’s in taxation (LLM) from the University of Denver. Mike began his career at Price Waterhouse and co-founded Campbell & Bolas, where he practiced for over 27 years. Currently, he serves as General Counsel for the Erie County Agricultural Society and as Chairman of the Board for Mercy Flight of WNY. Mike’s practice focuses on general business law, business sales and acquisitions, estate planning, and elder law. His extensive experience and commitment to his clients make him a vital part of the team at Long & Paulo-Lee, PLLC.
